About 88 Acres

88 Acres is a Boston-based food company making soft-baked seed and oat bars, protein bars, seed butters and Seed'nola granola from whole seeds and simple ingredients, all free from the top 9 food allergens. Its protein bars get their 12g of plant-based protein from pumpkin seeds rather than isolates. The name comes from the 88-acre farm in North Brookfield, Massachusetts where one of the founders grew up, and the brand began after her husband had a severe allergic reaction. Everything is made in the company's own allergen-friendly bakery, now in Canton, Massachusetts.
