Knockdown (knockdown.io) is run by Amplify Goods, LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

What Knockdown is

Knockdown is a free directory of emerging consumer brands: who they are, what they make, and where to find their products. We don’t sell anything on Knockdown. Purchases happen on the brand’s or retailer’s own site, under their terms.

How brands are chosen

Brands don’t pay to be listed on Knockdown, and we choose what to feature ourselves. If we ever offer paid placements, we’ll label them clearly. Knockdown is run by Amplify Goods, a marketing agency, and some brands on the site may also be our clients.

Links and commissions

Knockdown links to other websites, stores and marketplaces. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products, prices or policies. We may earn a commission on some links, at no extra cost to you. Whether we do never affects which brands we show.

Accuracy of information

We build brand pages from public sources such as brands’ websites, packaging and social media. We try to keep them accurate, but products, ingredients, prices and deals change, and we can make mistakes. Everything on Knockdown is provided “as is”, and we can’t promise it is complete or current.

Always check the product label. Descriptions and tags such as “gluten-free” or “vegan” are for browsing, not for allergy, dietary or medical decisions. Nothing on Knockdown is medical or nutritional advice.

Deals

Deals are offered by the brand or retailer, not by us. They may change or end without notice, and the seller decides whether a deal applies.

Brand names and content

Brand names, logos, product photos and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here to identify and describe their products.

If you own a brand and want something corrected or removed, tell us through the Contact page and we’ll take care of it.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse Knockdown: no attempts to break or overload it, no use of it for anything unlawful, and no sending spam or harmful material through the contact form.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Amplify Goods is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using Knockdown, relying on its information, or buying anything from a site it links to.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Knockdown after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.
