About Alec's Ice Cream
Founded by Alec
Alec's makes ice cream with A2/A2 dairy and regeneratively grown organic cane sugar, sold in creamy pints and Culture Cups topped with a crackable chocolatey shell. The recipes skip gums, seed oils, lecithins, artificial flavors and sugar alcohols, and the Culture Cups include added probiotics and prebiotic fiber. Founder Alec first made ice cream in elementary school and later returned to the kitchen to build the brand around flavor and a short ingredient list.
