Ayoh makes what it calls sando sauces: creamy mayo loaded with pickles, spices, herbs and vinegars for sandwiches, burgers, fries and dipping. The lineup includes Hot Giardinayo with Calabrian chilies and cherry peppers, Dill Pickle, Miso and Tangy Dijonayo, plus a classic Original. It was started by recipe developer and cookbook author Molly Baz, who got tired of chopping and whisking her own toppings for the perfect sandwich during the pandemic.
