About Ballerina Farms

Founded by Hannah Neeleman, Co-founder

Ballerina Farm is a family farm in the mountain valley of Kamas, Utah, run by Hannah and Daniel Neeleman. It began with a small herd and a patch of land and now sells Farmer Protein powder, Farmer Hydrate electrolyte blends, Bone Broth Hot Cocoa, beef and pork boxes, air-dried jerky and handmade sourdough baked goods. The name came from Hannah's brother, a nod to her years as a Juilliard-trained ballerina before the family took up farming.

  • What is in the animals' grain feed?

A locally grown and mixed blend of corn, barley, soybean and minerals. It is not certified organic or non-GMO.

  • Is the beef dry-aged?

Yes, the beef is dry-aged to help tenderize it.

  • How are the animals harvested?

All animals are harvested humanely at local USDA-approved butchers.
