Belgian Boys makes fully cooked breakfast foods in the European style, including bite-sized pancakes and waffles, brioche Belgian waffles with pearl sugar, and crêpes, all ready to eat or warm in minutes. The recipes skip artificial flavors, colors and preservatives, and the range lives in the refrigerated aisle rather than the freezer. The brand began in 2015 when Greg, a Belgian, and a friend set out to bring the foods they missed from home to the US. Today it is a family-run, woman-led company with Anouck as CEO.

• Are the products gluten-free, dairy-free or vegan?

  Most are made with wheat and dairy. The Original Belgian Waffle is dairy-free.

• Do the products contain GMOs?

  The brand uses non-GMO ingredients wherever it can, though some items can't yet carry the official label.

• Are the products kosher?

  Yes, everything is certified Kosher by Triangle K.

• Are the products nut-free?

  The Original Dairy Crêpes, Bite-Sized Pancakes and Original Belgian Waffle are made without nuts. Other items may be made in a facility that processes nuts, so check the label.

• Can I freeze them?

  Not recommended. The pancakes, crêpes and waffles are best kept in the fridge and eaten before the Best By Date.

• How should I store them?

  The Original Belgian Waffle is shelf-stable. The pancakes and crêpes should go in the fridge.

• Can I eat them without heating?

  Yes, everything is fully cooked. A quick warm-up in the microwave, toaster oven or air fryer gives the best texture.

• Is the packaging recyclable?

  The cartons are paperboard and can be recycled with other cardboard, subject to local rules.
