Bread SRSLY bakes San Francisco–style gluten-free sourdough, slow-fermented for more than 12 hours and made with organic ingredients, no refined sugar and none of the top nine allergens. The range covers classic, seeded, cinnamon raisin and seasonal loaves, plus sandwich and dinner rolls, with several options made without gums or rice flour. Founder Sadie started baking in her Cole Valley kitchen in 2011 and first delivered loaves around San Francisco by bicycle.
