About Catalina Crunch

Founded by Krishna Kaliannan

Catalina Crunch makes crunchy cereals, savory snack mixes, granolas and chocolate cookie bars built around protein and fiber, with 2g of sugar or less per serving. Founder Krishna Kaliannan started baking low-carb cereal for himself in his New York City apartment kitchen after a Type 1 diabetes diagnosis, and the first flavor, Dark Chocolate, launched online in 2018. The range has since grown to dozens of flavors, made in a larger facility in Lebanon, Indiana.
