  Yes, the sticks are free of the top 9 allergens. They are made in an SQF Certified facility that also handles soy, milk and sesame, with allergen controls in place.

  None are added. Any nitrates come naturally from ingredients such as celery powder and sea salt.

• Where does the meat come from?

  Beef comes from domestic and international farms, venison from New Zealand, and turkey is sourced domestically.

  No, they are shelf-stable. Beef, turkey and venison keep for 365 days from production and chicken for 270 days. Once opened, eat within a few days.
