Clio makes refrigerated Greek yogurt bars: strained, cheesecake-textured yogurt wrapped in a chocolatey coating, found in the fridge aisle rather than the freezer. The range spans full-size bars, bite-size Minis, Zero Sugar bars and fruit-filled Drizzled bars with a colorful topping. Founder Sergey Konchakovskiy created the first bar in his family's kitchen, inspired by an Eastern European treat he remembered from his childhood in Ukraine.

• How should I store Clio bars?

  Keep them in the fridge. You can also freeze them and eat them straight from the freezer.

• How long can the bars stay out of the fridge?

  For best quality, no more than one or two hours at room temperature.

• What is the chocolatey coating made of?

  Cocoa powder, sugar, palm kernel oil, soy lecithin and salt. The palm kernel oil is RSPO-certified.

• Is there a dairy-free option?

  No. The bars are made with pasteurized whole milk that is not treated with rBST.

• Are the bars gluten-free?

  Yes, all products are gluten-free, and many are certified NSF gluten-free.

• Are the bars kosher?

  Yes, all products are Orthodox Union Dairy certified.

• What allergens do the bars contain?

  All bars contain milk and soy and are made on a line that also processes peanuts and tree nuts.

• What gives the Drizzled bars their colors?

  Real fruit powders and vegetable-based colors, with no artificial dyes.
