Couplet Coffee roasts specialty coffee meant to feel fun and easy, not intimidating, alongside ceremonial-grade matcha from Kagoshima, Japan. Its beans come from a Peruvian co-op in San Ignacio, a family-run Nicaraguan farm and Brazilian growers, sold as single origins and blends. Founder Gefen started it as a pop-up and small Los Angeles roaster, and it now runs cafes across LA.
