Dan The Baking Man bakes soft, chewy cookies that are vegan and gluten-free, made with almond flour, safflower oil, Vermont maple syrup, vanilla and a mix-in. Flavors include Chocolate Chip Chunk, Matcha White Chip with Kyoto matcha, and Rainbow Sprinkles. Cookies come two to a bag so they are easy to share. The brand was started by brothers Daniel and Robert, and it is sold in more than 100 cafes and online.
