About Desert Dust
Founded by Rick Marino
Desert Dust makes seasoning blends built on organic Coachella Valley dates that are pitted, dried and ground, then mixed with spices like paprika, garlic, onion and cumin. The range covers three all-purpose blends, organic taco and guacamole seasoning pouches, and whole chiltepin peppers from Sonora, Mexico. The brand was founded by Rick Marino, a former rock 'n' roll tour manager whose travels and love of local food shaped the idea.
