Evergreen makes frozen breakfast: thick and fluffy waffles, soft mini waffles in dessert-inspired flavors, pancakes, and a protein line. Recipes use 100% whole grain wheat flour, avocado oil, hidden veggies and maple syrup, with no preservatives or artificial flavors. The founder, a working mom, started developing the recipes in her home kitchen after the arrival of her daughter, wanting a quick breakfast her family would enjoy.

How is Evergreen different from other frozen breakfast brands?
Instead of artificial or natural flavors, the recipes use real fruits, vegetables, nuts and spices, with whole grain wheat flour in place of refined flour and maple syrup in place of refined sugar.
What flour do Evergreen products use?
Only whole grain wheat flour, rather than the enriched wheat flour common in store-bought frozen waffles and pancakes.
How are Thick & Fluffy Waffles different from Mini Waffles?
Thick & Fluffy Waffles are larger and toast up crisp outside and soft inside. Mini Waffles are smaller and softer, with a muffin-like texture suited to little hands and snacking.
Are Evergreen products nut-free?
Mini Waffles contain nuts. Thick & Fluffy Waffles, Thick & Fluffy Pancakes and the Protein line contain no nuts and are made in a facility that currently makes no nut products, though it is not certified nut-free.
Where does the protein in the Protein Waffles and Pancakes come from?
Greek yogurt and egg whites, not protein powders or isolates.
How do I prepare Evergreen waffles?
Toast Mini Waffles on medium for two cycles or microwave about 30 seconds each. Thick & Fluffy and Protein Waffles toast on low to medium for one to two cycles, or heat in an air fryer, oven or microwave.
How do I prepare Evergreen pancakes?
Microwave about 30 to 60 seconds for Thick & Fluffy or 45 to 75 seconds for Protein Pancakes, or heat in a toaster oven, air fryer, oven or buttered skillet for a crisper finish.
How are the products stored?
