About Fillo's
Fillo's makes shelf-stable, ready-to-eat Latin staples: beans, lentils and rice seasoned with traditional sofrito, plus Walking Tamales in savory and sweet flavors. The sofrito is a base of fresh vegetables, herbs and spices cooked in extra virgin olive oil, and everything comes in a pouch you can eat from cold or heat up. The brand is named after the founders' father, who was nicknamed Fillo as a child in Cuba, and the line is made in the US and Mexico.
