About Firehook
Firehook bakes thin, crunchy crackers in small batches using a short list of quality ingredients, in flavors from classic sea salt to rosemary, garlic thyme and an everything-bagel style. The signature line is made with organic olive oil or avocado oil and is certified USDA Organic. The name comes from the iron fire hooks early bakers used to pull bread from the hearth, and the company has been baking since 1992 at its own facility in Chantilly, Virginia.
