Fly By Jing makes Sichuan chili crisp, chili sauces, hot pot base, dried chilis and quick-cooking noodles drawn from the street food of Chengdu. The chili crisp is crafted in Chengdu with Sichuan-sourced ingredients and comes in several heat levels, from a mild garlic version to an extra spicy one. Founder Jing Gao started the brand in 2018, inspired by her hometown's hole-in-the-wall 'fly restaurants', and later wrote a James Beard Award-winning cookbook on Sichuan chili crisp.
