About Freestyle Snacks
Founded by Nikki Seaman, Founder and CEO
Freestyle Snacks packs pitted olives grown in Greece into liquid-free pouches, marinated in extra virgin olive oil and spice blends like lemon garlic or Calabrian chili. The range also includes crinkle-cut pickle chips and mini pickles in resealable pouches. Founder Nikki Seaman started the brand after pandemic closures shut her favorite olive bars and left her with messy jarred olives.
Good to know
Answered by Freestyle Snacks.
Where are the olives grown?
They are grown, harvested and sourced in Greece.
Are the olives dry without brine?
No. They stay moist because they are marinated in extra virgin olive oil and spices.
Do the olives have pits?
They are pitted, though an occasional stray pit can turn up, so eat with care.
How should I store the pouches?
Keep them in the pantry until opened, then refrigerate and finish within 7 days. Unopened pouches last up to 18 months from packing.
Are the products kosher?
All pickle snacks are certified kosher. Among the olives, only Green Original and Lemon Garlic are certified kosher for now.
Are the olive snacks allergen friendly?
They are packed in a facility free of the top 11 allergens. The facility also handles pine nuts, sesame, sulfites and celery on a separate line.
How are the pickles made?
They are fresh-packed from cucumbers grown on North American farms and vinegar-brined with natural flavors. They are not fermented, and the pouches contain brine.
Are the pickle snacks allergen friendly?
Yes. The facility also makes products with milk and almond oil, with strict sanitation to prevent cross-contact. The natural flavors contain no mustard seed.
