About Ghia

Founded by Mélanie Masarin, Founder + CEO

Ghia makes alcohol-free apéritifs built on bitter botanicals, along with ready-to-drink Le Spritz cans and a sparkling strawberry and orange blossom Le Fizz. The drinks have no added sugar, no artificial flavors and no caffeine. Founder Mélanie Masarin drew on childhood summers near the Mediterranean, where aperitivo hour is part of daily life, to create a drink built for lingering together.

Good to know

Answered by Ghia.

  • Does Ghia contain any alcohol?

No. The drinks are entirely alcohol-free.

  • How do you drink the Apéritif?

The bottled Apéritif is a concentrate. The brand suggests one part Ghia to three parts sparkling mixer. Le Spritz cans are ready to drink, chilled or over ice.

  • Does an opened bottle need refrigeration?

No, it can sit on a bar cart, though chilling keeps the flavor longest. Finish an opened bottle within about 3 weeks. Store unopened bottles somewhere cool and dry until the best-by date.

  • What is the packaging made of?

Apart from the required cap seals on Apéritif bottles, there is no single-use plastic. Cans use exposed aluminum for easier recycling, and paper and biodegradable inks are used throughout.

  • Is there caffeine or added sugar?

No. The drinks have no caffeine, no added sugar and no artificial flavors.
