About Gr8nola

Founded by Erica Liu Williams, Founder & CEO

Gr8nola makes small-batch granola baked with coconut oil and lightly sweetened with honey or organic coconut sugar instead of refined sugar. Flavors range from the honey-almond Original to Black Coco Chia, Cacao Crisp, Cinnamon Chai and Peanut Butter. Founder Erica Liu Williams, a former Olympic Trials swimmer, first developed the recipe in her home kitchen and began selling it at a local farmers market.
