About Graza
Founded by Andrew Benin, Co-founder
Graza makes single-origin extra virgin olive oil in chef-style squeeze bottles, glass bottles and recyclable refill cans. The range includes Drizzle for finishing, Sizzle for everyday cooking and Frizzle for high heat. Most of the oil comes from Picual olives picked and pressed in the same season in Jaen, Spain. The brand also makes mayo, aioli and potato chips made with its olive oil.

Answered by Graza.
Where does Graza olive oil come from?
Most of it comes from Jaen, Spain. Some labels may show other Spanish regions, Alentejo in Portugal, or Bari in Italy.
Is the oil single origin?
Yes. Each bottle is single origin and single varietal, about 97% Picual olives picked, pressed and bottled in Jaen, Spain.
Is Graza organic or non-GMO?
The oil comes from farms using organic practices, though it is not yet USDA certified. It is Non-GMO certified and packed in facilities certified allergen and gluten free.
What is the difference between Frizzle and Sizzle?
Frizzle blends olive pomace oil with extra virgin olive oil for a neutral flavor and high smoke point. Sizzle is 100% extra virgin olive oil for everyday cooking below frying temperatures.
Does the color of Drizzle matter?
No. The green comes from chlorophyll retained during pressing and fades over time; it does not indicate quality.
Why refill cans?
The cans are nitrogen-sealed and opaque to protect the oil from light and oxidation, and they are 100% recyclable.
What if my olive oil freezes?
Freezing is a fine way to preserve olive oil. Let it sit at room temperature until it thaws.
What is in Graza mayo and how should I store it?
It is made with Graza olive oil and no seed oils. Some separation is normal, so stir or shake before use, and keep it refrigerated after opening. Freezing is not recommended.
