GROUNDED makes dairy-free chocolate milk and protein milkshakes in Chocolate and Mint Chocolate flavors. The drinks are built on coconut milk, cocoa and a pea and sunflower protein blend, sweetened with cane sugar instead of artificial sweeteners, and made without gums. The chocolate milk comes in 8.5 fl oz cartons with 10g protein, and the milkshakes in 16.6 fl oz cartons with 20g.

  Yes. Every GROUNDED drink is vegan and dairy-free.

• Why use cane sugar instead of artificial sweeteners?

  The brand puts taste first and prefers real ingredients, so it uses cane sugar rather than artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols.

• Where does the protein come from?

  A blend of pea protein grown in Europe and sunflower protein from sunflowers grown in the USA.

• How much protein is in each drink?

  The chocolate milk has 10g per 8.5 fl oz carton; the protein milkshake has 20g per 16.6 fl oz carton.

• Do the drinks contain allergens?

  They contain coconut and are made in a facility that also handles milk, wheat/gluten, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. Check the carton before drinking.

• Are there preservatives or artificial flavors?

  No. The drinks have no preservatives, artificial flavors or artificial sweeteners.

• Do the drinks need refrigerating?

  The chocolate milk is shelf-stable. Milkshakes bought online are shelf-stable before opening, while those from a store's chilled section should stay cold. Refrigerate everything once opened.

• Can the carton and cap be recycled?
