About HOLY TSHILI
Holy Tshili makes condiments that blend everything bagel seeds with Sichuan and Thai chilis, sold as an oil-based chili crisp, an extra spicy version, a dry shake-on crisp and a furikake with Japanese nori. The idea draws on three favorite NYC flavors: bagel shop seeds, Chinese chili crisp and Japanese furikake. The brand began in New York in April 2020, when test batches were handed out to friends and family during quarantine.

What does "Tshili" mean?
It is the Aramaic word for chili, a nod to the Lower East Side of NYC where bagels thrived.
What can I put it on?
Pretty much anything: pizza, rice, eggs, pasta, ramen, dumplings, popcorn, fried chicken, burrata and even ice cream.
How spicy is it?
It brings real heat, but the focus is on flavor rather than extreme fire.
What is in the chili crisp?
Sesame oil, sunflower oil, black and white sesame seeds, dried garlic, poppy seeds, chili flakes, sugar and salt. The same recipe is used for the original and Extra Spicy.
What is in the furikake and dry chili crisp?
The furikake has sesame seeds, dried garlic, poppy seeds, Sichuan chili flakes, roasted seaweed, sugar, salt and sesame oil. The dry crisp has sesame seeds, dried garlic, poppy seeds, chili flakes, sugar and salt.
What allergens does it contain?
It contains sesame. It has no soy, dairy, nuts, gluten or MSG.
How should I store it?
All products are shelf stable and need no refrigeration. Keep them in a cool, dry place and use by the Best By date on the jar.
