Good to know

Answered by Human Improvement.

  • What does the MSM Cellular Detox taste like?

It is fairly bitter because it has no added flavoring. Water, juice or coffee washes the taste away quickly.

  • Why does the MSM contain silicon dioxide?

It is the amorphous, food-grade form, under 0.5% of a serving. It keeps the powder smoother and helps it dissolve in water.

  • How do I take the MSM?

Start with half a scoop twice a day and work up to a full scoop twice a day. Swallow it with water or dissolve it in about 2 oz of hot water, coffee or juice.

  • What does the creatine taste like?

It has almost no flavor and mixes into any drink. Use more than 8 oz of liquid so it doesn't turn chalky.

  • How much creatine should I take?

The recommended amount is 3 to 5 grams of creatine monohydrate a day. Larger people over 200 lbs may use 5 to 7 grams.

  • Do I need a creatine loading phase?

No. A daily 3 to 5 gram dose reaches full levels within a few weeks without the bloating that loading can cause.

  • Should I cycle off creatine?

No. Taking it consistently every day keeps levels steady.

  • When is the best time to take creatine?

After a workout is slightly preferred, but taking it at the same time every day matters more.
