About Kidfresh
Kidfresh makes frozen versions of kids' menu staples like mac and cheese, chicken nuggets, fish sticks and spaghetti loops, with vegetables blended into every recipe. The meals skip artificial flavors, preservatives and synthetic colors, and use chicken and beef raised without antibiotics. The brand was started in 2007 by a pair of New York City parents looking for better meals for their own children.

What age are Kidfresh meals made for?
They are designed with kids' needs in mind, guided by a registered dietitian, though teens and adults are welcome to enjoy them too.
Does the packaging contain BPA?
No. Kidfresh does not allow BPA in any of its packaging.
Will kids taste the vegetables?
A few dishes, like Spaghetti Loops, have visible vegetables such as tomatoes, but most meals blend the veggies in among other ingredients.
How many vegetables are in a serving?
Every meal includes vegetables, and some contain as much as half a cup per serving.
Are the meat and dairy ingredients raised with hormones or antibiotics?

Wild-caught Alaskan pollock fillets.
