Kreatures of Habit makes MEAL ONE, a plant-based overnight oats mix with 30g of protein and no added sugar, and THE DAILY BAR, a plant-protein bar with 3g of creatine and no seed oils. The range is sweetened with monk fruit and built around ingredients listed in full, with no proprietary blends. The brand was started by New York City restaurateur Michael Chernow, co-founder of The Meatball Shop and Seamore's, who developed MEAL ONE over a year of testing.
