Kumana

Kumana makes avocado-based hot sauces modeled on guasacaca, a Venezuelan table sauce often called the South American sriracha. Ripe avocados are blended with chili peppers, bell peppers, parsley, garlic, onion, sea salt and black pepper, with no added sugar. The recipe comes from the Pavan family, Venezuelans of Italian descent who settled near the town of Cumaná in the 1800s, and the brand is based in Santa Monica, California.
