La Colombe

La Colombe Coffee Workshop roasts whole bean coffee, from light single origins to very dark blends, and makes canned drinks including its frothy Draft Latte and new matcha lattes. The company began in Philadelphia in 1994 as a single café with a small roaster in the back, and later grew into a full roastery supplying restaurants and hotels. It introduced the Draft Latte on tap in its cafés in 2015 and now cans it at its own plant in Michigan.
