Legally Addictive makes sweet and salty cookies built on a crisp cracker, layered with salted handmade toffee and sustainably sourced chocolate, then finished with sea salt. Flavors range from The O.G. to sprinkle-topped Surprise Party, Churros, Everything and a Mexican Hot Chocolate made with Asheville's Spicewalla. Founder Laura started selling the cookies at a Brooklyn holiday market after leaving a career in real estate marketing. The woman-owned brand now bakes in a production space in Western North Carolina.
