Lil Bucks makes snacks from sprouted buckwheat: crispy treat bars, sweet and savory Clusterbucks, crunchy toppers for yogurt and ice cream, and an everything seasoning. Buckwheat is a seed rather than a grain, so the range is gluten-free and grain-free, and the brand sources from U.S. farmers using regenerative organic practices. Founder Emily first tasted sprouted buckwheat on an açaí bowl at a beachside café in Sydney and launched the brand at a Chicago fitness festival in 2018.
