About Mezcla
Mezcla makes light, puffed protein bars built on pea protein and quinoa crisps, with 10 to 11 grams of plant protein per bar. The texture is airy and crunchy rather than dense, and flavors range from Peanut Butter Chocolate to Matcha Vanilla and Pistachio Chocolate. The brand began with two friends, Griffin and Coco, who met in a social entrepreneurship class at the University of Virginia and developed the first bar in Coco's kitchen.
