About Milaluna Salsa
Founded by Heidi Balvanera and Jaime Camil, Co-founders
Milaluna makes small-batch Mexican salsas from organic ingredients, including a cilantro and tomatillo salsa verde and a slow-roasted salsa roja finished with white truffle. The recipes come from Heidi Balvanera's family and are reworked with a Los Angeles sensibility. Heidi Balvanera and Jaime Camil started the brand together to carry those family flavors beyond their own table.
