About moji masala®
Founded by Shireen Qadri and JD Walsh, Co-founders
moji masala makes dish-specific Indian spice blends, each packet measured out for one traditional recipe that serves three to five people. The range covers 14 blends, from rogan josh and tandoori chicken to dahl, gobi and a Kashmiri garam masala, with a step-by-step recipe and shopping list on the back of every pack. Shireen Qadri and JD Walsh launched the brand in 2018, developing the blends with guidance from Shireen's mother, Moji, and drawing on her family's Kashmiri recipes.

Only three do: Dahl, Tandoori and Rogan Josh, which use Himalayan pink salt.
How many people does one packet serve?
Most packets serve about three to five people, depending on the recipe and portions.
How long do the packets last?
Best used within 18 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
