About Mush
Founded by Ashley Thompson, Founder & CEO
MUSH makes refrigerated, ready-to-eat overnight oats, protein overnight oats and oat-based protein bars, sold cold from the fridge with no cooking needed. The oats are soaked in almond, coconut or oat milk and sweetened with ingredients like dates, honey and maple, with no refined sugar. Founder and CEO Ashley Thompson left a finance career at Goldman Sachs and started the brand at farmers markets, and MUSH is now in about 12,000 stores nationwide.
