Mylk Labs makes single-serve instant oatmeal cups that are ready with hot water or a minute in the microwave, in flavors like Banana Nut, Maple Strawberry and Roasted Almond. Each cup uses gluten-free, glyphosate-residue-free oats and gets its flavor from real fruit, nuts and spices, with 5g of added coconut or maple sugar. The brand was started by former model Grace Cheng, who ate oatmeal daily for years while juggling shoots and business school and wanted a less sugary option.

• How much sugar is added?

  Each cup has 5g of added sugar, from organic coconut sugar or pure maple sugar.

• How do I make it?

  Stir in 2/3 cup water or 4oz milk, microwave for 1 minute, then let it stand 2-3 minutes. Without a microwave, add boiling water and wait 3 minutes.

• Can I make overnight oats with it?

  Yes. Add your milk of choice as directed and leave it to soak overnight.

• Is the oatmeal gluten-free?

  Yes, it is certified gluten-free.

• Are the oats glyphosate-free?

  Their oat supplier is Glyphosate Residue Free Certified by the Detox Project, with the chemical banned from seed to harvest.

• What allergens are in the products?

  Some flavors contain almonds. The products are made in a facility that also processes milk, tree nuts and eggs.

• Is the oatmeal organic?

  Several ingredients are organic, such as the coconut sugar and cinnamon, but the oatmeal as a whole is not certified organic.

• How long does it keep?

  Shelf life is 12-15 months from production. Store in a cool, dry place.
