Nixie

Nixie makes organic sparkling water and zero-sugar soda with no sugar and no calories. The water is purified by reverse osmosis and tested for PFAS, the sodas are sweetened with organic stevia, and everything comes in recyclable aluminum cans, never single-use plastic. Founded in 2019 by Nicole Dawes, who started Late July Snacks before it.

• Is there any sugar or sweetener?

  The sparkling waters have none — just organic flavors and purified water. The sodas are sweetened with organic stevia leaf extract. No aspartame, erythritol, xylitol or Ace-K in anything.

• Which ones have caffeine?

  Classic Cola (40mg), Peach Black Tea (30mg) and Pomegranate Green Tea (15mg), all from organic green tea. Everything else is caffeine-free.

• Is it organic?

  Yes. Every drink is USDA Certified Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified.

• Is it vegan, kosher and gluten-free?

  All three — vegan, OU Kosher certified, and gluten-free.

• What water do you use?

  Water purified by reverse osmosis, which removes sodium, fluoride and heavy metals. Nixie also tests for PFAS ("forever chemicals"), and none have been detected.

• Are the cans BPA-free?

  Yes — recyclable aluminum cans with a non-BPA liner.

• Does it need to be refrigerated?

  No, it's shelf-stable. It tastes best chilled. Keep it away from extreme heat or cold, which can make a carbonated can burst.
