NuSkool Snacks makes plant-based Krunch Bars with a crunchy texture, made with almonds and prebiotic fiber and sweetened with monk fruit. Each bar has 10g of plant protein, 7g of fiber and 3g net carbs, with no added sugar or sugar alcohols. The brand was started in Venice, California by Joe Christensen, a former personal trainer who followed a low-sugar, keto way of eating.
