About Popadelics
Founded by Marilyn Yang, Co-founder
Popadelics makes crunchy chips from whole shiitake mushroom caps, vacuum fried and seasoned in bold flavors like truffle parm, Thai chili, and rosemary and salt. Every flavor is vegan, including the truffle parm made with a plant-based parmesan. The brand was co-founded by Marilyn Yang and Michael Casali, who wanted a snack more interesting than the kale and seaweed chips on the shelf. A portion of purchases goes to the Fun-Gal Snacks Foundation.

They are not third-party certified or lab tested for gluten, but every ingredient supplier has attested in writing that their ingredient is gluten free, and shiitake mushrooms are naturally gluten free.
