Purely Elizabeth makes granola, instant oatmeal, cereal and chewy granola bites built around ancient grains, nuts and seeds, with gluten-free and grain-free options and organic oats. Founder Elizabeth, a certified holistic nutrition counselor, started the brand in 2009 after people kept asking where to buy the muffins she baked. Her Original Ancient Grain Granola, first made in her New York City kitchen in 2011, is still made from the same recipe.
