RISE Brewing Co. makes ready-to-drink cold brew coffee, including an unsweetened black cold brew and dairy-free oat milk lattes in classic, vanilla, mocha and salted caramel. The brand built its name on nitro cold brew, using nitrogen for a frothy, smooth texture, and has also made organic oat milk and a barista blend. It began in 2014, when the founders brewed their first nitro keg in a New York City apartment and went door to door sharing it.

• Why does RISE use nitrogen?

  Nitrogen gives the coffee a frothy, smooth texture and brings out its naturally sweet, chocolatey notes. It also helps keep the coffee fresh.

• Are the lattes dairy-free?

  Yes. The cold brew lattes are made with oat milk and are dairy-free.

• What is in the RISE oat milk?

  Four ingredients: organic oats, sunflower, water and a dash of sea salt.
