About Root Foods

Root Foods makes crunchy chips from whole vegetables, including beet, cauliflower, tomato, zucchini, onion and a six-vegetable green mix. The vegetables are vacuum fried at low temperature and finished with sea salt. They are grown without pesticides on small, family-owned farms in the mountains of Vietnam, where the chips are cooked and packed within a week of harvest.
