RYZE makes instant mushroom coffee that combines organic arabica coffee with an organic blend of six mushrooms (cordyceps, reishi, turkey tail, king trumpet, shiitake and lion's mane) plus a prebiotic fiber blend. The medium roast has about 48mg of caffeine per cup, and there is also a dark roast, mushroom matcha, hot cocoa and a line of superfood creamers. The brand was started by Andrée and Rashad, who wanted a morning cup without the jitters, and is based in Boston.

How much caffeine is in RYZE?
A cup of the medium roast has about 48mg of caffeine. The dark roast has 80-90mg per serving, similar to regular coffee.
Are there additives or sweeteners?
No, none at all.
Does mushroom coffee contain real coffee?
Yes. It uses shade-grown organic arabica coffee from Mexico, roasted, brewed and spray-dried into an instant powder.
Where is it made and sourced?
The company is based in Boston, MA. The organic mushrooms are grown in California and Nevada, and ingredients are tested for mycotoxins and heavy metals. Orders ship from a warehouse in Texas.
Are these magic mushrooms?
No. The functional mushrooms in the blend are not psychedelic and will not make you trip.
Is it organic?
The mushroom blend and the fiber blend are 100% organic.
Is it gluten-free and vegan?
The brand is not yet certified, but says all of its ingredients are gluten-free and vegan.
How do I prepare it?
Stir into 8-10 oz of hot water, or froth it. Nut and non-dairy milks add creaminess, and you can sweeten to taste.
