About Sauz

Founded by Troy Bonde and Winston Alfieri, Co-founders

Sauz makes small-batch jarred sauces that put a twist on the classics: marinaras with hot honey, wild rosemary or miso and black garlic, plus vodka sauces, alfredos and pestos. The sauces are seed oil free and built for pasta night, pizza, dips and more. The brand was started by childhood friends Troy Bonde and Winston Alfieri, who wanted something livelier than the bland premade sauce they grew up with.
