About Seed to Surf

Seed to Surf makes tinned plant-based seafood from whole vegetables and fungi: a smoked whitefish made from celery root and a snow crab made from enoki mushrooms. Rather than copying seafood, the brand preserves vegetables so they recall the classics, with a short, soy-free ingredient list. The tins are produced in British Columbia, Canada, by a female-founded, female-owned team.
