About Sendbars

Founded by Sasha DiGiulian, CEO and Founder

Send Bars makes organic protein bars with 12g of plant protein, sweetened only with whole dates and made with greens, functional mushrooms and adaptogens. There are no added sweeteners, preservatives or natural flavors; the flavor comes from foods like banana, cinnamon and lemon. The brand was founded by professional climber Sasha DiGiulian, who spent years making her own bars for climbing trips. The bars are made by hand in small batches near the company's base in Boulder, Colorado.

They are made by hand in small batches within 20 miles of the company's Boulder, Colorado headquarters. The mushrooms are grown in the US; other ingredients are sourced from around the world.

  • Is there refined sugar in the bars?

No. The bars are sweetened with whole dates, with no syrups, sugar alcohols or added sweeteners.

  • What is left out of the bars?

No grains, cane syrups, soy protein isolates, high oleic sunflower oil, preservatives or artificial ingredients. Instead they use greens, adaptogens, whole plant proteins, fruit, nuts and seeds.

  • Can you taste the mushrooms?

No. The bars are formulated so the mushrooms add no earthy or herbal flavor.

  • Which adaptogens are used?

Examples include ashwagandha, chaga, lion's mane, cordyceps and reishi.

  • Are the bars gluten free?

Yes, they are naturally gluten free.
