Founded by Joshua Velasquez, Founder & CEO
Shire's Naturals makes dairy-free frozen ravioli and cultured cashew cream cheeses and spreads. The brand started with naturally fermented dairy-free cheese, developed over four years in a basement lab, and that same cheese now fills its ravioli. Founder Joshua Velasquez began the project after finding store-bought alternatives relied on oils, gums and thickeners, and today the company makes its food in Peterborough, New Hampshire.
