Swoon makes canned lemonades and iced teas with zero grams of sugar, sweetened with monk fruit and stevia instead of artificial sweeteners. Flavors run from classic, pink and ginger lemonade to peach, raspberry and lemon black teas, each with around 5 to 10 calories per can. The brand was started by two friends, Jen and Cristina, after Jen spent years searching for a flavorful zero-sugar drink following her Type 1 diabetes diagnosis.

  The green tea has 45mg of caffeine; the other teas have about 15mg of naturally occurring caffeine, similar to a cup of decaf coffee.
