TRUFF makes condiments built around truffle, starting with a hot sauce that blends ripe chili peppers, agave nectar, black truffle and savory spices. The range has grown to include a hotter sauce, black truffle oil, truffle salt, truffle mayo and spicy mayo, and pomodoro and arrabbiata pasta sauces. Each bottle or jar comes in its own box, which makes them easy to give as gifts.

• How hot is TRUFF?

  The original hot sauce is mild to medium, around 2,500–3,000 SHU. TRUFF Hotter runs about 5,000–7,000 SHU. Arrabbiata has a gentle kick and the Spicy Mayo is mild, while Pomodoro, the classic mayo and the Black Truffle Oil have no heat.

• Are TRUFF products gluten-free and vegan?

  The hot sauce, pasta sauce and truffle oil are gluten-free and vegan. The mayo is gluten-free.

• What is in the mayo?

  Both mayos are made with organic eggs, 100% sunflower oil and black winter truffles.

• Do the products need refrigerating after opening?

  Refrigerate the hot sauce, mayo and pasta sauce once opened. The truffle oil and salt can stay in the pantry.

• Do TRUFF products come boxed?

  Yes, every bottle and jar comes in its own box.
