About Unbothered Foods
Founded by Morgan Murdock, Founder, Registered Dietitian
Unbothered Foods makes crunchy sourdough crackers from a traditional starter, unbleached wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, real herbs and spices, and sea salt. Each batch of dough ferments for more than 24 hours, and the crackers are nut free with no added sugar. Flavors include Sea Salt & Flax, Cheddar & Chive, Rosemary & Sea Salt, and Parmesan & Black Pepper. The woman-owned brand was started by registered dietitian Morgan Murdock, who wanted foods her patients with dietary limitations could trust and enjoy.

What makes Unbothered Foods crackers different from other crackers?
Our crackers are made with fermented sourdough starter, not commercial yeast or shortcuts. That means better flavor, easier digestion, and a rich, tangy bite you won’t find in your average box.
Are your crackers actually sourdough?
Yes! We use a traditional sourdough fermentation process that includes wild cultures. Our dough is slowly fermented before baking, just like real sourdough bread.
Do your crackers contain yeast?
No commercial yeast here. We rely solely on wild fermentation using our proprietary sourdough starter.
Are your crackers organic or non-GMO?
We prioritize high-quality, non-GMO ingredients. We are currently waiting on our Non-GMO certification.
Are your crackers vegan?
All current flavors are vegan, aside from Cheddar & Chive, which is made with real aged cheddar cheese.
Are your crackers gluten-free?
Our crackers contain wheat and are not gluten-free. However, sourdough fermentation may make gluten easier to digest for some people.
Do you use any artificial preservatives or additives?
Nope. We believe simple is better and use real food ingredients.
Do you use refined sugar?
There is no sugar in our product.
What kind of oil do you use?
We use extra virgin olive oil.
How should I store my crackers?
Keep them in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal the bag or transfer to an airtight container to keep them fresh.
How long do they stay fresh?
Unopened, our crackers typically stay fresh for up to 6 months. Check the "Best By" date on your package for specifics.
