Undressed makes savory snack bars built from grains, leafy greens and almonds, bound with salad-dressing flavors like balsamic, miso-ginger and lime vinaigrette. The bars are chewy with a little crunch, shelf-stable, and need no fork, fridge or bowl. The idea began as a mom joke made by the founder, a near lifelong vegetarian, while making her family's dinner salad, and the company is women-owned and led.
